Appointment Cancellation Policy
Your and your therapist time is valuable. Please make sure you give enough time to your therapist before cancelling your commitment for your visit, so they can utilize their time and help someone else. If you really need to cancel or reschedule, simply notify your therapist before 24 hours. If you get the voice mail, make sure you leave a voice message.
For many reasons one may forget to inform their therapist about rescheduling or canceling the appointment.
So to help everyone remember their committment we have recently added a new feature call 'Automated Call Appointment Reminder'. Although we pay for this feature but we believe it is to help you avoid your late cancellation fee and save your therapist's valuable time. The automated call lets you choose options; you could confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment. This feature also sends a reminder email to you about your visit. If you missed the automated call, please call your therapist to reschedule or cancel.
We hope this will eliminate any confusion of appointments.
